SHIPPING POLICY

At Athenara, we ship our orders through USPS (United States Postal Service) and other reliable carriers. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable deliveries within the United States.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days

Pre-orders can take up to 45 business days.

These timeframes may vary depending on national shipping demand, high-activity seasons (such as holidays) or unforeseen circumstances.

WHEN DOES DELIVERY TIME START COUNTING

  • If your payment is confirmed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. EST, the first business day is that same day.
  • If payment is confirmed after 12:00 p.m. EST, the first business day will be the next day.
  • If your payment is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the time starts counting on the next business day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming delivery to the carrier with tracking information.

HASN'T YOUR ORDER ARRIVED?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, we ask that you first check the tracking information provided or contact the shipping carrier directly, as delays often depend on the carrier.

If after this you continue to have issues, write to us at ventas@athenara.co and we will help you track it down.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

TIMEFRAMES FOR PERSONALIZED OR OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

For personalized products or those that are out of stock, production time is 8 to 12 business days.

Once the product is ready, standard delivery times apply: 2 to 6 business days.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the return cost.

Athenara does not assume transportation costs for exchanges, returns, or re-shipments.

In case of a refund, shipping costs, taxes, and any value associated with the logistics process from the time of purchase will be deducted.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship only within the United States (excluding territories and military addresses at this time).

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount during promotional periods.
